Terms and condition

*In the kitchen, the dishwasher will be loaded once. If the soiled dishes supersede the space available in the dishwasher then an additional fee will be assessed to clean additional dishes. 

*An in home assessment is required prior to booking. PLease call or email us so that we can have a member of our staff come out to give a FREE price estimate.

* Price estimates are based off of the current condition of the home. If the cleaning requirements change then pricing is subject to change as well. 

*Payment options that are accepted are Square or Money Order only.

*Full payment for services is due immediately upon completion of services.

*All pets will need to be caged while staff is present. 

*Staff has the right to refuse services to a client if uncomfortable or cleaning conditions are unsafe.

COVID Prevention Policy

*If anyone in the home is experiencing COVID symptoms please contact a member of our staff and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

*All products that are used by our team are CDC approved and certified. 

*If anyone in the home has been diagnosed with COVID there is a mandatory sitting period of 3 weeks before we will enter the home.

*Masks, gloves and shoe covers may be worn in the home as added protection.
